{{{Karon}}} There are some exercises you could do while sitting. I know the Wii game, which is an interactive game, could be done while sitting and you just move your arms for things like bowling, golf and/or tennis. I know of nursing homes using Wii to help their elderly patients who are otherwise unable to exercise.

I had my surgery done in March of 2004, in one year I lost 124 pounds, then a close friend & her family started to make fun of me saying that I still have a huge butt & that I'll never loose the weight, they started to tell other people what they told me & now they all make comments to me...I am disabled, I can not exercise like normal people due to me having degenerative joint disease in my lower back & both knees...I have gained all but 40 pounds back & I don't go out of my home much....I really would like to get to know people on line that are going through the same thing I am...if anyone is you can e-mail me at catloverforever99@yahoo.com
