Okay, as I’ve mentioned, this is a brand spankin’ new supplement for me.  Its for the Omega 3′s, which we all need.  I got my order and read the instructions, and what some online have said, and decided to refrigerate them, even though it’s not needed, some said it helped with the overall taste.  I must say, I LOVE the chocolate orange Coromega!  It’s extremely yummy and I don’t notice any fishy taste at all.  It’s a pudding type consistency and really very good.  You only take a very small amount and they come in packets about the size of a ketchup packet.  So not much at all.  It’s much too soon for me to notice any difference yet in my skin or any of that; but I’ll let you know about that as well.

But so far, just on taste:  two thumbs up!
